Individual personal safety consultation: situational analysis, crisis scenarios, crisis communication, and work with attention and physiological stress responses. The outcome consists of concrete recommendations for real-life situations.

Thematic Modules

Personal safety modules: prevention in everyday life, situational awareness and decision-making under stress, concluded with applied movement work. The focus is on realistic scenarios rather than performance or combat techniques.

A Method Proven

I have trained since 1999 and spent over a decade in the Muay Thai Brno environment. In 2009, I appeared in the first Czech documentary focused on women in combat disciplines (“Women in Combat,” Czech Television).

My professional path has been shaped by combat training, Systema, and an ongoing focus on conflict psychology and crisis management. It developed through continuous training, rigorous testing, and real-world confrontation.

I specialize in personal safety prevention and working with the body’s responses in crisis situations. I focus on individuals who cannot rely on physical dominance in conflict. The BJW system integrates combat disciplines, crisis management, real-world conflict experience, and functional testing of techniques.

I developed the F.A.R.M. method (Freeze–Access–Respond–Move), designed to cultivate purposeful action under high stress and imminent contact. My work is built on 25 years of practice in combat disciplines and 15 years of crisis management and decision-making under pressure.
