Client Instructions
Going to EMS ralax for the first time? Great. To make it easier for you, we have written what to expect and our recommendations for the best possible enjoyment and result.
I. Client instructions before performing EMS sports relaxation
Preparation: Before entering the studio space, the client puts away outerwear (jacket, shoes, headgear) in the dressing room and removes any jewelry or piercings from the body. He will leave the belt in the dressing room (metal cannot be worn), ideally change into comfortable clothes (sweatpants, leggings). He makes sure that he does not have any body lotion or oils on his body (on or near the treated area). Put away all electronic equipment (due to the risk of damage to the internal components of the device). Wear slippers to transition from the dressing room to the studio. Think about which muscle group you want to work with. Try to induce a calm mind to prepare yourself for relaxation.
Client Consent: Before the first relaxation, a form signed by the client is required, which contains information regarding basic data and health issues.
Consultation: Before conducting the session, the provider will consult with you, check and answer any remaining questions.
Recommendation: Do not drink alcohol and caffeine the day before the procedure, as they can dehydrate the body and interfere with the recovery process. Treat EMS sports relaxation as you would exercise. This means drinking plenty of water and avoiding heavy meals that could lead to discomfort.
Drink at least two liters of water on the day of the procedure. Do not consume two hours before the session. Try to calm your mind and prepare for the session. Feel that this procedure is your benefit, thanks to which you transform your figure during the maximum comfort of sports relaxation.
II. Instructions and recommendations after performing sports relaxation
After the session: Refrain from drinking alcohol for 24 hours after the relaxation exercise and stay hydrated.
Recommendation: Avoid fried foods, processed foods, and foods high in sugar. Stay active and move regularly.
The heads are applied to bare skin, so expect that if it's the stomach, you'll have your upper part rolled up or taken off (t-shirt, sweatshirt). For women, we recommend a suitable bra or sports bra. If it's the buttocks, you will take off the lower part of your clothes (pants, skirts, shorts) and keep only your underwear.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes (sweatpants, leggings, t-shirt) for the session.
